What is Quality Assurance and why does it matter? How can you give AR feedback or make a complaint?
Keeping the quality of our programmes is incredibly important to us. The Licences, Accreditations and Insurance section should give you a good idea of how we plan for and try to execute quality assurance throughout our programmes but feedback and your thoughts and reflections are invaluable.
We would love to hear from you with feedback at any stage of your programme – whether positive or areas that you feel we could improve on. Please let us know if need anything as early as possible – we can often do something about the issue at the time if you let us know and we really want to help. The experience that you have is important to us and we want to continue to improve all aspects of what we do.
